USES: Huashi substation is a type of box substation, mainly used in wind power generation projects.
The prefabricated substation consists of a high-voltage compartment, a low-voltage compartment, and a transformer. Hua-style prefabricated substations are primarily used for step-up transformers in renewable energy power generation. Unlike traditional prefabricated substations, the transformer is located outside the transformer housing, effectively eliminating heat dissipation issues and allowing natural air to quickly dissipate heat generated by the transformer. The transformer is tightly connected to the transformer housing via side-outlets, and a central partition divides the housing into high-voltage and low-voltage compartments, making it an ideal solution for renewable energy power generation.

Vacuum circuit breakers and combination electrical devices can be used as independent electrical units in 12kV and 40.5kV Hua-style prefabricated substations, featuring a rational structure and reliable operation.

The vacuum circuit breakers or combination electrical devices used on the high-voltage side are mechanically interlocked to prevent misoperation, and the combination electrical devices are equipped with signal transmission, facilitating real-time monitoring of their operating status and enabling remote control.
1. Due to the relatively harsh operating environment of this product, high requirements for wind and sand protection, heat insulation, and heat dissipation are required. The protection rating must meet operational requirements to effectively protect the internal components of the box-type transformer and extend their service life.
2. The protection rating of the transformer body is IP68.
3. The protection rating of the box-type transformer casing is no less than IP54.
