20/22kV Dry Distribution Transformer

20kv/22kv is a medium voltage distribution voltage level between the traditional 10kv and 35kv. It is a mature voltage level widely used internationally. The core and winding of the dry-type transformer are not immersed in insulating oil, which has extremely high safety, maintenance-free, environmental protection and good environmental adaptability. The 20kV/22kV system is equipped with a 22kV dry-type transformer to give full play to the long power supply radius and low loss of the 20kv line.

Product Design Features

1. The most advanced epoxy resin casting process in China is adopted, which has good insulation performance;

2. The new cold-pressed oriented silicon steel sheet is used as the iron core, and the seven-step 45-degree full-bevel joint has beautiful craftsmanship, and the no-load loss is reduced by 3-5% percentage points compared with the three-step;

3. In the traditional dry-type transformer production, the insulating paint of the iron core is mostly black or black, while WEIJI uses transparent insulating paint, which can intuitively see the process and materials.

4. The core bending clamp is designed independently, with a simple structure, convenient manufacturing and installation, and greatly reduced operating noise.

Dry Transformer Features

1. High safety: It is cast with epoxy resin and has excellent fireproof performance. There is no risk of oil leakage, and the waste disposal is relatively simple and environmentally friendly.

2. Flexible installation: It can be installed directly inside the building, close to the power load center, greatly shortening the low-voltage power supply distance. It is light in weight, has small basic weighing requirements, and has no directional restrictions for installation.

3. Maintenance-free: There is no need to regularly check the oil quality and oil level, and there is no need to replace the transformer oil and seals.

4. Good heat dissipation and overload capacity. The winding has a large thermal capacity and strong short-term overload capacity. The forced air cooling design can significantly increase the output capacity in a short time.
